Due to overwhelming demand, the Gala Dinner has now sold out.
If you would like to purchase a ticket, please check for late availability when you arrive at the Conference, by visiting the Gala Dinner Desk at the ACC.
The black tie Gala Dinner is the social highlight of the annual BWEA events programme. The dinner, sponsored this year by ScottishPower Renewables, will be attended by 800 guests.
Guests are invited to arrive at 7.15pm for the pre-dinner reception and welcome. Coaches will be provided, departing ACC Liverpool (riverside) at 6.45pm.
Dress code: Black tie
For your convenience, we have arranged for a dinner suit hire company to provide a service from the ACC.
Order at the Conference, by going to the Gala Dinner desk at the ACC on the afternoon of Tuesday 20th October or the morning of Wednesday 21st October, where you will be measured up. Your suit will be available for collection from Moss Bros Liverpool store, open from 9.00am-6.30pm on Tuesday 20th October & 9.00am-6.00pm on Wednesday 21st October for collections. The address is: 42 Bold Street, Liverpool L1 4DS.

Seating Plan
The Gala Dinner table plans (in the downloads panel to the right) show the layout of tables for the evening and list sponsored and reserved tables only. Single ticket holders are invited to sign up to specific tables, at the Gala Dinner desk at the ACC, from 8.00am-6.00pm on Tuesday 20th October and 8.00am-2.00pm on Wednesday 21st October.

Location
The Gala Dinner will be held between 7.15pm - midnight at the Liverpool Cathedral on Wednesday 21st October 2009.

Transport
Coaches will be provided to transport guests, departing from the ACC (riverside) and outside the Crown Plaza Hotel (St Nicolas Place on the Waterfront), at 6.45pm. Coaches will run return journeys to the hotels close to the ACC at 10.30pm and midnight.
